The second annual Cliff Crochet Youth Fishing Day was held on June 7th at Bayside Tackle in Pierre Part. 66 kids and their families attended and were instructed by Cliff and numerous volunteers from the community. The event was made possible by Cliff Ourso State Farm, Bass Pro Shops, Biobor, Action Industries, Kylie Sparks, Falcon Rods, Humdinger, Skeeter, Yamaha, Rat L Trap, Luck E Strike, Power Pole, Swamp Style Customs, Plano, Bayside Tackle and K2 Coolers
Each child learned more about fishing through the following stations:
- Casting
- Live bait
- Lure instruction
- Boat walk-thru
- Boating safety
- Lure painting
